• Health and Fitness Data: Includes information such as weight, nutrition, and step count, collected to provide and improve the services offered by Lusit.

• Provide app functionality, including tracking and comparing health activities.
• Help you gain an overview of the interrelation of your health and fitness activities.
• Support and respond to your inquiries and requests.

Lusit employs robust security measures to protect your data. This includes:

• Creating unique identifiers (UserId and AnonymousId) to separate identifiable information from health data.
• Storing personal information (email and UserId) in a secure 'usersPersonal' collection, and health data in a 'usersData' collection linked to an AnonymousId.
• Implementing cloud functions to ensure that your health data can be accessed without revealing your identity.

4. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. These rights can be exercised as follows:

• Access, Delete, Portability: Through the app interface.
• Rectify: By contacting us via email at contact@lusit.eu.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services or up to three months for tracking data, after which it is automatically deleted by our cloud functions.

You can also delete your account, which will result in the deletion of all data linked to your account.

Lusit does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's privacy, please contact us at contact@lusit.eu.
