Delete Your Lusit Account & Data

Delete your entire account

In the app: Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account.

This permanently and immediately removes (no grace period, no recovery):

• Your authentication account (email and credentials)
• Your user record, settings, and push notification token
• Your personal profile (height, weight, age, sex, BMI, experience level)
• All weight entries and weight-adjustment records
• All plans and plan runs, including algorithm input snapshots
• All habit completions, statistics, feedback, and outcomes
• All engagement signals and engine state
• All earned stars, rewards, completed tasks, and recall progress

Your local app data is also cleared from your device.

Delete only your personal data

In the app: Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Personal Data. This clears your height, weight, age, biological sex, BMI, fitness experience level, and full weight history, while keeping your account, plans, completions, and feedback.

No app access?

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email jjb.personaltraining@gmail.com from your account email address to request deletion. We action requests within 30 days.

Data retained after deletion

Only aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked to you may be kept (per-habit success counts and confidence intervals). See the Privacy Policy for details.
